Just can't take "no" for an answer

I have been working as a nanny for about 4 1/2 months and I really enjoy it, but sometimes I wonder if I am being pushed around and even taken advantage of. For example, my bosses hired a cleaning crew to come over and clean up the house every other Thursday. No big deal, right? So then they ask me if I wanted the cleaning crew to clean my room ( I am a live in Nanny) and I said that I would rather them not. Naturally they were surprised and asked me why, at which point I explain to them that not only do I not trust cleaning ladies ( from my past personal experiances with them) but I also have a sevier discomfort with people in my most personal of all personal spaces... my room. I hate it when people are in my room... I dont know why but I hate it even more when someone is snooping through my things while they clean... like I said... I dont trust them. Anyways, they pushed the whole thing on me... like they hadnt heard a word I had told them! " Well we think it would be a good idea in general if you had your room cleaned". Now if I took crappy care of my room or was lazy I would agree but I do a better job at cleaning my own room and I keep it spotless, so its almost a waste of time to have them come in and clean an already clean room right? Anyways they kept pushing and insisting that they clean my room and since it is their house I figures why not just let them clean it for the sake of keeping my sanity and my job. So they cleaned it and just when I was getting to feel a little okay with it one of them came up to me and was trying to tell me something but she didnt know how to say it in English so she took me to it. My grandfather was a glass blower in Sicialy and blew me a beautiful pink lily candle holder because of my name and what not.... the base was a lily and the stem twisted up to hold a candle... it was a one of a kind item. ONLY ONE WAS MADE. A few years after he made it for me he died and that was one of my most prized and dearly loved possessions. The cleaning lady had shattered it, now I know that she didnt do it on purpose, but it is still broken nevertheless. THAT IS WHY I DONT WANT THEM IN MY ROOM. THAT IS WHY. Now I am not only heart broken but I am resentful of my bosses who were the ones who insisted this "cleaning" happen in the first place.
